About Us:

In the earlier days the journey of our organization was not so smooth. It faced many obstacles to make the infrastructure and get Institutes affiliated under its examination systems. But after hard toil and intricate dedication of our executive committee members and official staffs, situation started changing. A good number of Institutes from various parts of country started getting affiliation of Progressive Visual Art & Cultural Organization and gradually our organization become a remarkable centre of Arts, Music, Dance, recitation and Crafts.
Now in the field of art & culture we are one of the largest and important cultural organizations in West Bengal as well as in India. We take pride in announcing that we have a large numbers of affiliated centres all over India. We conduct Diploma Examinations in various streams of Fine Arts, Music, Recitation and Dance. Our Organization is expanding now with more and more candidates. We also frequently arrange workshops of cultural subjects to develop our student’s skill, cultural festival is held to provide our students with scopes of performance. Art Exhibition gives opportunity to willing students and teachers to show their talents.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES:

The aims and objectives of Progressive Visual Art & Cultural Organization are:

To develop the Indian Arts and Culture and to educate the people in cultural subjects.
To establish and run institution of Fine Arts and Music in various parts of India.
To give affiliation to cultural institutions all over India and organize examination according to our syllabus.
To organize special cultural programme, conference and seminars on Art and Culture.
To give financial assistance to needy and talented artists.
To arrange special function to give chances of performing to our students.
To provide financial help to needy artists who are ailing.
To arrange exhibition to give opportunity to willing students and teachers to show their talents.
To publish regular magazine, research papers and books on Fine arts and Music.
